Causes of Lower Back Strain

Here is a list of the most common causes of lower back strain in no particular order.

  •  Repetitive movement such as being forward, lifting heavy object (for all the moms out there managing their little ones, or job related tasks.)
  • Sudden movements
  • Fall
  • Poor posture
  • Sedentary lifestyle
  • Sports injuries more common with twisting motions
